Dwelling on the Past

How much time do you spend thinking of the past?  One of the main reasons people don’t achieve their goals is that they dwell on the past and collect the scars of failure.  If you mess us, you can’t go back.  No amount of worrying can change it, so put failures behind you, learn from them, and move on.
