Learn to Say “No”

Some people are incapable of saying no when asked for help.  They are eager to please and always willing to pitch in.  But at some point, being agreeable becomes counterproductive.  Know your limits and realize when you are piling on too much work.  Remove the sign from your back that says “Go ahead…Interrupt my day.”
